By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been processed or shipped

1.3 Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is available

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Innerwear

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway

  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
