1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • A valid order ID / proof of purchase is available

Return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Defective or damaged product

5. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • If the item meets return conditions, it will be approved for refund or exchange

  • If the item fails inspection, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or incorrect items

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
